All orders placed with Apple Core, LLC (phone, fax, mail, verbal, e-mail, etc.),
either directly or through a dealer, constitute the acknowledgment and acceptance
of all of the conditions listed below
» Copyrights/Trademarks
All content included on this
site including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos,
button icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property
of Apple Core, LLC or its suppliers and protected
by U.S. and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized
use of the materials appearing on this site may violate
copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could
result in criminal or civil penalties. All software used
on this site is the property Apple Core, LLC
or its software suppliers and protected by U.S. and international
copyright laws and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed,
transmitted, or republished.
Apple Core, LLC
and all titles, characters, names, graphics and icons
are service marks, trademarks, and/or trade dress of
Apple Core, LLC. All other trademarks, product
names and company names or logos herein are the property
of their respective owners.
» Payment
All customers must pre-pay for
all products. We accept VISA/MC/Discover/Amex, PayPal,
money orders, personal checks, cashiers checks. All personal/company
checks require a 10-day clearing period before goods
can be shipped. Sorry we do not do COD shipments.
» Returns/Cancellations
All returns must
be approved by Apple Core, LLC.
Return requests must be made within 15 days after
receiving order. All non-defective orders that were
not the result of a shipping error are subject to a 10% restocking
fee. We do not refund shipping charges. All approved returns
must be returned to Apple Core, LLC in like new, resalable
condition, with all original packaging. For orders refused
at time of delivery customer will be charged a 10% restocking
fee as well as any return shipping charges. No returns or
cancellations on custom configured or special order items.
» Shipping Damages
All shipments from Apple Core, LLC are fully
insured. Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect
all packages immediately. If damage has occurred contact Apple
Core, LLC within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure
to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage
claim. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package
may be subject to inspection by the carrier.
» Warranty/Liability
Custom Systems - All custom
systems sold by Apple Core, LLC come with a 90-day warranty
for parts and labor. We offer extended an extended warranty
that covers your parts and labor for your system for any
additional 2 yrs. Apple Core, LLC's liability is limited
to actual parts and labor costs. We are not responsible
for consequential damages due to loss of data, or loss
of productivity due to an inoperable system.
Parts - All parts/components sold by Apple Core, LLC carry
the warranty provided by the manufacturer, and warranty documentation
(when available) will be sent with the product(s). Apple
Core, LLC by no means offers any warranty beyond that provided
by the manufacturer. In the event of a defective product,
all support should be obtained directly from the manufacturer
as Apple Core, LLC is not equipped to handle
such inquires.
» Shipping Time/Backorders
All in stock products will be
shipped within 48 hours. Custom systems typically ship
within 5-7 business days. Special ordered parts can take
2-12 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
» Site/Typography
All prices on this site are subject
to verification during order process. Prices incorrectly
displayed due to typographical errors are subject to change.
In the event of this occurring, you will be notified and
will have the option to cancel the order.
