» Is Apple Core, LLC affiliated or owned by Apple, Inc?
No, we have no affiliation with Apple, Inc. We are our own company, and we provide products and services that compliment the Apple line of products.

» How much is shipping?
Ground shipping to the lower 48 states is absolutely free! If you need your items a little bit quicker, add the items to your cart, and you can calculate the cost for express shipping.

» What is your warranty on upgrades or new upgraded units?
We Guarantee our work for 90 days from the date we ship your order to you. You will also reeive 90 days of complementary email Tech Support.

» Are extended warranties available?
Yes, we offer an optional 2 yr warranty that covers all parts and labor. Please select this option when placing your order, or contact us for more details.

» Do I get my old parts back after they are upgraded? 
No, the prices quoted on our website include the trade-in value of your old parts.

» How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and check/money orders.

» Can I have my order shipped to an address other than my billing address?
Unfortunately due to the high level of fraude with online computer sales, we are are only able to ship to the billing address on file with your bank.

» Are your products insured during shipping?
Yes, all orders are insured. In the event of damage or loss, contact us and we will take care of everything.

» How long is shipping?
Each system is custom built, and usually leaves our shop within 5-7 business days. The total shipping time can vary according to the availability of the products ordered. Once an orders ship, we will email your tracking information. Typical delivery for ground shipping is within 5 business days for delivery to the lower 48 states.

» I received part of my order where is the rest?
Due to the possibilities of back order, some orders will be fulfilled as the products come into our warehouse. In such cases we will send what we have first and send the rest later.
